Today I went to eat at KFC located in Nawalur, Chennai. There was a huge queue waiting to order which I joined and after almost 10 minutes it was my turn
A lady manager was taking the order and she said she didn't know her name and couldn't tell me even if I asked Before I could say what I wanted, the order taker told me that whatever I asked for would be available in 25 minutes I questioned why it took 25 minutes The lady manager gave me an inappropriate reply The only thing I had to order was the Popcorn Chicken Rice Dapa. I questioned whether it would even take 25 minutes. To that the lady manager told me yes, buy it, buy it or not... After that I placed the order and I was not given the bill, I went back and asked for the bill and they gave me the bill but it didn't include my phone number instead another number was there. When I asked about it, they canceled the bill and gave me my number and gave me a new bill. After that my order came to me and I felt very bad to eat the food because the rice was very dry I'm sick to my stomach right now What is KFC's answer to this? 230 rupees for a dry rice meal? Current review KFC is famous for zinger burgers along with its other chicken products. Only a couple of families were in the shop when we went who already got their order delivered. When we ordered they did not say it will get delayed. After the order billed they were like it will get delayed as zinger burger is not available. I asked when it will be available response was I don't know by the staff.
And to that already given fries and veg burger both were old stock I believe. It was not fresh for sure.
My previous review itself I had mentioned my disappointment on service. But thought it was due to the time we went. But no. It was bad staffing.

There are only about 3-4 people working at the place and the queue is crowded for ordering (about 15mins till one person gets the chance). They are so understaffed that people themselves will feel like going in and helping them out. I ordered takeaway for 12:30 and ended up getting my order at 1:45p. Lot of zomato delivery people facing similar issues. Idk if it’s the store problem or an overall KFC problem but extremely terrible service provided by them. Now, the store owner might reply saying pls post this in their customer support, but genuinely, who has the time for all this.
