A Complete Nightmare Experience
⭐️ 1/5
Visited with my wife, and I deeply regret it. Here's why:
First, the only thing remotely positive about this place is the car parking availability. But trust me, once you step inside, you’ll wish you had just stayed in your car and gone somewhere else. The restaurant is on the first floor, but the journey down in the elevator would be more pleasant than what awaits you.
Flies everywhere. I kid you not, it was like dining in a dump. We politely asked to move to a different table, but guess what? The flies followed us, as if they were regulars at this joint. I have never been so disgusted in my life. Watching others attempt to eat while a cleaning boy mopped the floor around them was repulsive. Imagine the smell of floor cleaner mixed with food. I had to fight the urge to vomit right then and there. If that doesn’t tell you about the lack of basic hygiene, nothing will.
Now, let's talk about their ridiculous service. The waiter, who had the audacity to ask for our mobile number, acted like it was normal to violate basic privacy rights. Are they completely clueless about data privacy laws? Maybe someone should explain that it’s illegal to demand personal details like that. What are they doing with this data? Selling it on the side? It’s shady and completely unacceptable in this day and age.
The menu was overpriced, to put it mildly. For the kind of filth this place maintains, they should be paying us to eat there. But no, they expect you to shell out a premium, and for what? Mediocre food served in a fly-infested, nauseating environment? I ordered their “Supreme Boneless Biryani”, which was the only thing that wasn't a total disaster. But even a decent biryani can’t make up for everything else being an absolute trainwreck.
And after we somehow managed to finish eating (still trying to figure out how we managed that), we sat there waiting. Waiting for what felt like eternity. For a server to come back, maybe offer a menu, see if we wanted anything else. But guess what? No one cared. It's as if we were invisible. We finally decided to leave because the service was non-existent at this point.
Summary: Dirty, fly-ridden environment. Flies everywhere, cleaning in front of diners—disgusting. Invasive privacy violations. Asking for mobile numbers? Really? Overpriced for a place with zero hygiene and a miserable atmosphere. Pathetic service. No one even cares once you’ve sat down, and they seem to forget you exist. One saving grace: the biryani was good. But even that can’t redeem the rest of this catastrophe.
Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs. If you value your health, privacy, and sanity, go...

This place was in my bucket list from the day of its launch. Read a lot about this place and i was very curious to visit the place some how as it is completely located to the next end of Chennai. 🚶 . Nandhana palace a Bangalore based Andhra restaurant. Located in Siruseri , OMR had a chance to visit them today . The ambiance was good and they way the staff greets you will be a shocker but ..... will come to this later . The menu card is setup like a small plastic laminated board on each table. Going through the menu was surprised with the pricing of tandoori full (550 INR) 🥲 but... the other dish prices where kinda okaish for a multi cuisine restaurant. . Our Orders: 💥Mutton Biriyani ( Regular) (315 INR): Was good ( I mean just good). A kinda nellore style biriyani ( few weeks before had it from nellore riyaz pot Biriyani) . The biriyani was mild flavourful and coming to the pieces they nailed it 🔥. Well cooked super soft and tender pieces ( You fan see it in the pic ). Served with Raitha ( Mixed of Onion Cucumber 🤦🏻♂️) and a salna kinda one ( was poor) .Mirchi Ka Salan Enga Daw? Moment 🥲. Sadly Again No EGG for the biriyani 🥲💔. The portions here was good for a normal heavy eater. . 💥Parota Chicken Curry Combo ( 240 INR): Parota was super soft and fluffy. The gravy was also good had the slightest South indian touch and had 2 pieces of chicken. . 💥Andhra Chilli Chicken (270 INR): Was good a typical andhra style green chill based chilli chicken which had the mild and hot flavour to it. The pieces here where also super soft and tender . 💥Mutton Bone Soup (130 INR):Was good. A typical mutton stock water with some oil spiced . Had a piece which was also good with the flavours . 💥Elaneer Payasam (135 INR):Was good but expected a more thicker version of it. Till now Ente Keralam Served the best Elaneer Payasam 🔥 .
The way the staff welcomed was good as i mentioned before but the way the cared made a mixed feeling ( Konjam over ah dhan care pandrangalo) kinda mind set. Initially asked hit water and few minutes came with a rusted Tumbler with hit water immediately asked them to replace and they did asap. And when serving it was like quick but... The way the come and take the utensil asap ( like for parota bowl , and biriyani bowl evem your plate made me like meh...) Service is good but these kinda work cant be tolerated by some as they all want a peaceful dine in experience rather than make a mindset to the customer ( Kelambu Kelambu) . Overall a okaish place Not that value for the hype created. Still lacked that Andhra Cuisine punch. I have had Meghana biriyani in Bangalore and it was like WoW... . Sambhavam...
