Nivis Kitchen — Restaurant in Tiruporur

I'm a regular customer with Nivis kitchen, I have ordered chicken biriyani, I got a cooked "COCKROACH" inside the biryani masala, I called to advice them but they said fake review,i complained in uber and also directly went to Nivis kitchen bcoz the response was very bad over call with the manager, i showed them what they delivered with COCKROACH in my plate, didnt asked for refund or food, I went there to prove them what i received and not to repeat same. spoke with owner, he said he has political and police background so do whatever u want. I'm just posting this bcoz I guess it might be a caution for other food lovers. Its disgusting I had half of it and never expected with them, consider u lost one customer not bcoz of the food, bcoz of ur attitude how u treat a customer. How u treat a customer in a bad time shows how reliable is ur restaurant....

I have been to this restaurant a couple of times. It is a compact and gloomy lit restaurant near SIPCOT. Apparently if you drink water which were stored in copper vessels they have more medicinal values and that tradition is followed here 😀😅. My all time favorite would be their chicken lollipop as it has a perfect mix of spice which I haven't tasted in other restaurants. I tried the chicken biryani and chicken 65 also. They have the authentic hyderbadi biryani and I also noticed in my recent visit that the taste has been made even better now. Chicken 65 is was perfectly cooked. Also a must try is their tandoori paratha which was extraordinary. Even the prawns and phulka were super tasty. The service was good and the rates were pretty economical. I am big fan of this hotel once upon a time.I usually used to suggest to my friend for this hotel. But right now all got changed as there is hygiene in kitchen as I have personally reviewed it. Also we have order grill chicken which is very hard and smell like old chicken. And also same like chicken drumstick and mutton liver fry, all seems really frozen and cook at instant.also we have given feedback and said it's not good. Hotel manager is not accepting what we said. They argue by sauisa they using the new meats which got it on morning. But we are damn sure, it's not new fresh one. Also management did not accept the feedback. They added the worst item chicken in our bill as well.

Henceforth I won't suggest this hotel to anyone.
