Ambience - open air, sea facing ambience, and Live music-- perfect for a romantic dinner. Can accommodate easily more than 60 people at a time.
Food - menu is filled with continental dishes. we started with falafel wrap - so juicy and yummy. Garlic prawns was perfectly cooked and tasted yum. And our favorite here is the lamb shank - tender mutton piece placed over mashed potato. The tender Mutton pieces jus fall off due to their softness.
Their weekend sea food platter is a must try - priced at 2100 and available only on Fridays and Saturdays - filled with lobsters, prawns, Pomfret, scampi and rawas fish. ๐๐
For desserts we had the yummy creme brulee and umali. Creme brulee has a hard sugary layer covering the soft and tender custard base . Umali is bread pudding.

Upon arriving at the resort, I was given incorrect directions multiple times by staff, with no one appearing to know where the restaurant was located. After much effort and confusion, I finally discovered that Pelican Deck was closed: a fact that was neither communicated beforehand nor mentioned by any of the staff.
This lack of proactive communication was extremely disappointing, especially for a restaurant under the Sheraton brand. Adding to the frustration, the resort staff failed to acknowledge their mistake or offer an apology, let alone provide an alternative arrangement to salvage the evening.
Poor coordination among staff and a lack of accountability left a sour impression, turning what should have been a memorable celebration into a frustrating ordeal. If these issues are addressed with urgency, the restaurant could live up to its promise. Until then, I would advise potential diners to confirm operational status...
