Food - Veg food was nice and tasty. The timings are a bit odd though. Dinner is at 9, lunch at 1 and breakfast at 9. However, they will have it ready if you ask them to prepare by a time that's convenient for you. The curd rice and rasam is very good. The place where they serve the food is bad though. It's a muddy place where the chairs are laid out so when you sit it sinks and that's annoying. There are lots of mosquitoes that will constantly annoy you. The wash basins are tiny af.

Amenities - There are small swimming pools (3-4 ft depth) behind each block and one big common one (5-6 ft). The big one is well maintained and clean. However, the small ones are bad. There's algae along the walls and on the floor. They clean it regularly but the algae are left unattended. There's volleyball court, billiards board, cricket pitch and badminton.

Maintenance and Cleanliness - The rooms are kept clean. They provide extra mattresses and pillows if required. There's enough shelf space to keep your items. The bathroom is huge and kept very clean. The fittings are of good quality. However, the sofas at the reception and other places are pathetic. They are worn out and can't be used. They have only Tamil newspaper at the reception.

Service - The service staff are polite. They are right outside the block round the clock and they attend to your requests immediately.

Beach - the beach is just about 100 metres from the resort and it's beautiful. It's super clean and there's absolutely no crowd. There will hardly be more than 10 people for around 100 meters. It's a great place to relax as it's not noisy.

I booked this place for my wedding reception , it resulted in stress and anxiety for my whole family . I was very hurt and disappointed with the whole management , my wedding was delayed till 8.00 pm . we were supposed to start at 6.30 pm , the arrangements were not completed , my family had to scream and usher the management to keep finishing things . I was not informed that the stage that was promised was demolished and a small stage made up instead . the rooms that were shown to us were not delivered , we paid for beach facing rooms and we were not given . this is only a small list , I can go on giving you a list .

The only thing that was good was the food we hand picked .

The point of contact kept pleading to us for the management s mistake , poor guy , however he did not do his job .

My mother had to pick up audio wires and keep in mind when we went we were shown a whole different scene . its a beautiful place however the management is totally a mess and they took no responsibility. All they did was pleading and begging to make up for a shoddy job .

It was my wedding and my guests wait for an hour plus to start because of there careless work .

The rooms had mosquitoes when we stayed the nite , the list keeps going on.

Just a really sorry state for the way they handle my wedding nite .

This is to save u from disappointments.

Rude behavior.

Food is unclean.. Unsafe. Yesterday they served us biriyani.. Taste part is not the issue(3 out of 10).. The thing is we found a smoked beedi(cigarette) in biriyani. When we informed them.. They reply was not proper.. They didn't care.

Timing of food:

They have some strict policies.

Food will be served at specific time. Breakfast 9to 10 am Lunch 1 to 2 pm Dinner 9 to 10 pm

But if u go exactly that time. The food will not be prepared. They will ask us to come after 10 mins.. And if we go 15 mins before the serving time.. (9.45 am) .. They will say u came late.. The food is over..

They know the count of the guests. But they will cook only for less ppl.. Also rude answers when asked.

Manager doesnt care.

Location of coffee and Food..

They will keep it in seperate location.. Away from room. Again first come first serve ( no sry first come wait, and serve)

Qty of food: limited ( if u have 10 ppl, they will cook for 4 and expect 6 ppl not to show up)

Mostly they will not reply you well.. (Not a single responsible answer, not a proper hospitality)
