We are SO happy we chose Cakes & Treats as our cake vendor. While we wanted the outside of our cake to look elegant and pretty, we were more concerned with the cake actually tasting good. Cakes & Treats approach seemed perfect for us, and we were right! Our cake was not only simple and beautiful on the outside, but also incredibly delicious on the inside; we've been told multiple times already that it was the best cake many of our guests had ever tasted at a Birthday party. "I ordered a cake from this restaurant through Zomato, but the cake was spoiled (kettupochu) and had a bad smell and taste, making it completely inedible. To make matters worse, I tried reaching out to the restaurant owner, but they did not respond. This was very disappointing, especially as it was for a special occasion. I strongly urge the restaurant to improve their quality control and customer service. Zomato, please look into this matter and take appropriate action."
