Ano-Tai — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

The staff is very untrained and non- courteous. I highly doubt they have been trained in hospitality. They forced to pick up a table which had only 2 back rest sofas while we specifically mentioned that we are 3 people. Other 2 chairs were simply ottoman with no back support. When we requested for another 4 seater table, they just said it was already reserved while I was unable so see any reserved placard placed on the table. When we Raised the issue, the specific person just denied and lied that only the 8 seater table was reserved and that he gave us the option to sit anywhere. Of course 3 of us were not going to sit on an 8 seater already reserved table. Another point, the restaurant was totally empty. I got overwhelmed by such hospitality of Ano Tai. Thanks for making the visit memorable where we left without ordering and eating from an empty restaurant ! There is no point working for hospitality industry if one can’t smile and greet and make clients...

I discovered Ano-Tai at Jaypee Hotels, Noida last evening and was really impressed with the food. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Dimsums, Tofu, crispy veggies, manchow soup were made to perfection. Open only for Dinner currently. Huge thanks to Abhishek and Abhishek for their impeccable service. Must visit if you not visited. I shall be a regular there from henceforth! Didn't click pics as we were busy...
