Biryani Blues — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

One of the worst biryanis I’ve ever had. It was very dry, and I had to take sips of cold drink just to swallow it. The taste was bland and lacked the rich, aromatic flavors that make a good biryani. The spices were barely noticeable and the rice was overcooked and mushy. The meat was tough and chewy adding to the overall unpleasant experience, especially since I ordered their bestseller. I can’t imagine how bad the non-bestsellers might be.

I have had biryani from Biryani by Kilo and belive me it’s far better. I wanted to try Biryani Blue but my expectations were completely dashed after trying their biryani. I somehow finished it because didn’t want to waste the food. The only good thing in their menu is firey potato. Even their seekh kabab and shammi kabab was pathetic.

Don’t be fooled by their review, I think they’re either paid or fake. I will never order from them again even if they give me buy 1 and get 3 free.I believe a street vendor makes better biryani than them that too at half the rate. Wasted one meal...

I've been in this place for takeaway orders of Peper Paneer Biryani, when they were offering buy1 get1 free offer on Tuesday & thursday.

For Food - no doubt it was absolutely delicious and aromatic so I have given 5 ⭐ For service - they were offering buy1 get1 on takeaway & delivery orders but customer care from where we have ordered told us that this offer is applicable on takeaway orders not in delivery orders attached proof as well.

For atmosphere - we have just gone for pickup of our order so visually it was good to have a dine-in facility with beautiful lighting and seating...

Order ID 588140521 for ₹854.85, 21.04.24, I ordered one lucknowi biryani and 1 paneer biryani online from the App under bogo scheme. While I received only one of each. Immediately I visited the restaurant and informed them that guests are at home. The incharge insisted that I should learn to place order. I requested him if he can help me even if I have made a mistake. He refused flatly. Causing me to leave the place without any fight as I had to arrange food for my guests. Totally disappointing experience. Biryani blues may be happy that they made the double the amount....
