Burger King — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

A few days ago I went to Burger King which is located in JHV Mall Varanasi, I was with one of my friends who used to live in a village and he tasted burgers but not in this kind of restaurant, those were worse in taste so whenever I asked to order burger 🍔 that person is like "burger accha nhi lagta dekhte hai yaha ka kaisa hai order kardo" we ordered 🌮 tacos with 🍟 fries and burger with coke all looks tasty and those were really tasty. Absolutely Disgusting! I'm writing this review to express my utter disappointment with the Burger King order I received from Zomato. The packaging was a complete mess! The burger bun was soggy, the fries were cold and stale, and the drink was spilled all over the bag. It was clear that the food had been sitting around for far too long before being delivered. I'm truly shocked that such a careless and sloppy job was done. I won't be ordering from Burger King or Zomato again anytime soon. Avoid...

Staff not using brand approved dispense practices that they would have been trained upon.

Owners need to get a handle on this as these short cuts will erode standards and lead to a downfall.

I did point this out and they rectified my order, but the the waiting team and floor manger simply nodded head and then continued in the same short cutting manner with other diners
