So I used to like Chili's due to good experiences at the DLF Mall of India Noida outlet but that wasn't the case here. The food good, not much complain in the that. The main issue occurred when we went for the payment. I had pre-booked my seat through the Zomato and also informed the staff at time of entry. Then after having food and drinks, I again confirmed with one of the their staff that I am going to pay through Zomato to which he agreed. Then after payment was done, one of their head staff came and said sorry, this was an inhouse offer and you can't pay through Zomato. I was like I already confirmed with one of your guy but he said he didn't know about the inhouse offers !!!! Then they complained and called Zomato through my phone for refund. It wasted our lot of time and was too inconvenient. After 15min of no update, we left but I was constantly getting calls from Zomato. After 30min of constantly chatting and in call with Zomato, I got the refund and paid them directly. But the amount the restaurant asked was 600/- more than what I paid with Zomato.
