Best restaurant in this area with many delicious variety of sweets. went to the restaurant and it was a horrible experience for me. First, the service the slowest I've ever had in my life. Like, they took bloody 50 minutes to get me noodles. Yes, noodles that takes max 10 minutes. After asking for the order(Chole bhature, paneer noodles and veg noodles) at least 20 times we got it. Then next thing, we ordered kulfi and that came in 10 minutes. My kulfi was salty, again, yes, SALTY. I called the waiter and he said sorry it's not possible. I asked him to taste and he refused to do that and kept on saying it's not possible. After a heated session we called the manager and he got it changed. Worst place to go. Sweets are good,food taste and quality have gone down drastically over the last few years. The food is at best edible but not at all tasty, can't comment on quality. The place is overall clean. Service is poor and extremely slow, their waiters don't care if you call them, they will come at their own sweet pace. Best avoided. Had sweets, chat and navratri...

I like the taste of food as well as the quantity. I went to this restaurant at 10pm and it was still crowdy because of the taste. The price is little high only that is the problem but I guess because of the quality and quantity the rest it balances everything. I ordered the mutter mashroom masala with dal tadka fry and naan. After just 1 bite it's just yum... You must try it, and I guess I can also bet that you won't get disappoint. They also provide the sweet shop just 1 floor down, and also accept the sudexso coupon. Beside this you can also get belly icecream parlour, and also will be able to eat imarti rabdi, and kesar milk. Over-all experience is good and quite nice. The timing for making my order was not too late but yeah because of the crowd it will take a bit late. But that also get balance when you take a bite.

We have booked room in Classic Hotel, on 8th March, there is bad service provided by team.

Team is very irresponsible and always doing argument only.

Our guest has visited on 12th March to meet with us. Mistakenly they have entered Classic banket hall as Hotel & banket hall is attached in on premises.

My colleague has been stuck in left at third floor, already one small party is going on in same banket hall with approx 50 nos of strength.

No one have concern for his services as they are not getting response as we have contacted with respective team.

We have withdrawn safely to our colleagues as we are getting such comments why you have gone at that place by banket hall team.

There is no safety protocol has been followed by banket hall team.

There is no emergency no was paste in left and if left has not working so there is no sign board...
