Extremely disappointed with Ritz Mahanagar! I had one of the worst experiences ordering from them on 4th November 2025 through Zomato. Their packaging was pathetic they didn’t even have their brand printed on the tape, just a plain white one, which shows zero effort or professionalism. The main packet wasn’t even properly sealed or packed totally careless! Coming to the food, I ordered Paneer Lababdar, Dahi Kabab, and Kashmiri Dum Aloo. The Dahi Kabab was terrible not even coated with breadcrumbs properly and had no taste at all. The Paneer Lababdar tasted exactly the same as their regular paneer masala no difference whatsoever. Overall, the food was bland, oily, and poorly made. I even called to complain, but the staff’s response was shockingly rude. They said, “We make it like this only, you can leave a review if you want.” Is this the kind of attitude a reputed restaurant should have toward customers? Have been a frequent visitor at The Ritz mahanagar, but recently I tried some new dishes as they updated in the menu. stuffed tandoori paneer tikka (very soft paneer & nice filling inside the tikka) vegetable galawat kebabs (one of the yummiest I had in veg kebabs, very soft & flavourful) Reshmi Chicken Seekh kebabs (very succulent & juicy seekh kebabs I would say, a must try) dal tadka (perfectly made felt like home made, delicious dal, definitely a must try) cheese naan (this I tried for the time it was nice crispy outter layer & cheese inside) Ritz Special paneer patila (very delicious this was, good filling of paneer rolled in papad & deep fried, nice cream gravy) Malabar chicken curry (Karnataka style chicken curry, nice & spicy 🌶️ side) do try this with laccha paratha ended with rasamsli (my fav & very delish)
