Comesum Lucknow — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

Comesum is very well known Restaurant in Indian Railways,it has multiple branches in various railway stations across north India.I visited this place yesterday at Charbagh Railway station,Lucknow. Coming to the food,Food in Indian Railway can never be of good quality that is for sure.These people are simply making money by overcharging you, and providing you lowest quality of food.I ordered a veg meal.It comprised of 2 chapatis that a Dog will also not eat,they were so hard to chew.Paneer was gravy only paneer slices were so thin that yes you can not say that paneer is not present in gravy,symbolic presence of Paneer,and 1 daal and Aloo matar as usual and salad and watery raita.All this for ₹150.Such food institutions are making big bucks beacuse railways passengers are their customer base and during journey ,people have to have meals during long journeys.Since we think that this is decesnt restaurant with brand name will offer us hygienic and good quality food.But surely I am disappointed.Firstly after overpaying you dont get good quality food.All items are over priced.You better go outside and have lunch or meal and can get good meal Thali in ₹60-70. Very poor service and pathetic ambiance.they charge you with every penny they can get out of your pocket.I ordered rajma-rice but instead got Dal & rice,with an astonishing cost of 130Rs.for a small bowlful of plainly boiled rice and a very little Dal.none of the 6 ACs were running.Upon calling the staff to switch on ACs,they bluntly said"AC NAHI CHAL PAYEGA,AISE HI ADJUST KARO AP". No doubt the service and atmosphere and the cleanliness is very good and seating arrangement is also good but one this which is very disappointing is that there is no water or tissue paper 🗞️ for cleaning hands or they even don't have drinking water you have to purchase it from elsewhere and then bring it with you means you will not get water between eating food because they don't have it and quality of food is not too good nor bad means you can say average but by the prospective of price I think you can say too...
