Domino's Pizza | Shaheed path, Lucknow — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

Since the lockdown on malls and eateries were lifted today, my father and I went up to Domino's to pick a few of their pizzas and sides. And as much as we are all for security and precautions, our experience with Domino's was more than worse. They asked us to order via the Domino's app since their card machines weren't working, which we were fine with. We placed an order and they asked us to wait outside since only people who chose to 'Dine-in' were allowed inside. The representative told us that they will take 15 minutes to deliver us the order 'OUTSIDE.' We shortly started to notice that a lot of people who were taking away their orders were sitting inside as well but we and a couple others weren't allowed to enter. After 30 minutes of waiting patiently, I asked them to give us a status on the order again. They made us wait for another 10-15 mins outside in the heat when others were waiting inside. After I finally got the order, when we came back and checked the pizzas were in poor quality and there were three packets of oregano with an order of four pizzas, one garlic bread, a veg pocket and a dessert. I've never been more furious in my entire life and after spending so much money atleast we deserved better customer experience. I demand that this be looked through. Ordered a FARMHOUSE PIZZA ( Wheat Thin Crust with grilled mushrooms topping) and lets check how was our experience..

Pros :-

1. One of the oldest outlet operated in Lucknow Gomti Nagar by dominos.
2. Authentic taste with fresh and delicious preparations.
3. Location is great... You can easily reach this place.
4. Environment is quite good... You can choose this place for hanging out with your friends and family.

Cons:-

1. Service is slow.
2. Cleanliness and Hygienic Atmosphere is not up to the mark..floor and tables can be found dirty frequently.
3. Building is not that much attractive as compared with other dominos outlets but that not matters actually.
4. Staffs are quite dull...

I placed a order today and requested for pickup from the restaurant at Gomti Nagar Lucknow... Order no 217... It was pickup request since wanted to have enroute to the airport....

Shocking to note when reached the restaurant that counter guy mentioned sorry sir we have given Ur order to someone else by mistake.... This is really disgusting and now hv to travel to Delhi empty stomach....

Some check shd be there before handing over else the very purpose for pickup request gets defeated... Else wud hv ordered for delivery at home.... Now with neither time for Waite nor any option given is really upsetting... Else I love having food at dominos... Really love the cheese crustm. But today was...
