Great cakes and other bakery products. Cakes are especially wonderful. Have taken the ready made cake available at the shop multiple times and have also ordered for special cakes of different designs and of much bigger size (sorry don't have the pictures of them currently and have uploaded the one currently available with me) for various family occasions, every time it looks and tastes delicious.

However, just one suggestion and also a request: Kindly start providing the delivery service (at the time requested by the customers) for cakes above a particular weight pre-ordered by customers for different occasions. I have myself pre-ordered it many times for various occasions and it becomes difficult to go and get the cake from the store at the time when you are busy in various other things for the occasion. Also, at times the size of cakes is large and it becomes difficult to find a suitable place to keep it which holds us from picking up the cake earlier before the time when it is actually needed. Therefore, if this service (maybe charging the delivery fee, if required) can be provided, it will become much convenient, as well as appeasing, to many of...

Ugly, smelly and Pathetic Cake:

The cake was stale and rotten inside with a smelly bread base The cream had almost melted in the shop itself Sugar lumps hard enough to crack your teeth inside the cake On the 8th birthday, they had put a sign of "2", despite clear instructions at the time of the order. The staff gave us the add-ons of the cake and asked us to decorate ourselves as they didn't have enough time. We were feeling ashamed to offer the cake to the guests as even children threw the plates after a bite.

In a gathering of 70 people, more than half of the cake had to be thrown away.

JJ Bakers is deteriorating and compromising with its renowned quality.

The quality has been degraded to an extent that I will never buy anything from their place. Their chocolate truffle pastry used to be good, prepared with rich cocoa whereas now they use more artificial flavorings which gives a medicinal smell. Gone are those days when JJ Baker used to be good in pastry and cakes. Pathetic, guess the owner just want to run this place to milk the maximum amount of profit from ignoring the degraded quality of their products, No wonder why they are sitting idle most of the time when bakeries like Mr.brown, the cherry tree are...
