Kareem's, Aashiyana Restaurant — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

Kasturi fish tikka was good, a little less spicier than masala one. Mutton handi was also good. Overall it's a repeat place for non veg lovers. Easily locatable and often not very packed so you get a seat even without any prior booking. Service takes time though, so much so that we had to ask multiple times. A little incident happened with us, where we booked table with dineout and confirmed before paying via dineout. Once paid the waiter came to us and asked us to go to the counter, going there the manager person started saying he can't see the payment reflect on his system, which wasn't even a dineout vendor screen, it was just some payment system I had no recognition of. I gave him a screenshot of my payment but the situation was like feeling captive. So much so, that I had to tell him that I have paid, I have confirmed that the restaurant I was paying for is correct, I have given you a screenshot of the payment, then if you can't see it on dineout then you have to query dineout management not the customer. After waiting for a while he called his superiors and they confirmed the payment and also said that it won't reflect on the computer coz it reflects wherever the vendor acc was logged in, that was probably the superior's phone or computer. Don't wanna throw any shade on the food and quality of the restaurant, but I feel like every experience counts and holding back your customer from leaving even after seeing a confirmed payment, taking a screenshot was insulting and...

We ordered Chicken Malai tikka roll, Chicken kalimirch roll and tandoori chicken. The food is quite expensive but the taste is just "WOW". Worth every penny!

The hospitality is also very appreciative as we requested for warm water and staff provided us that without any reluctance.

Moreover the place very hygienic and the ambience gives a prestigious vibe.

Then only problem was with the issue with EazyDiner. We wanted to pay via EzD because of extra discount but there some issue with the restaurant and therefore we had to pay them directly Adding to it, they're available on Swiggy Dinout but the staff said they don't use it. This needs to be fixed.

First of all , It’s very costly in comparison to other restaurants in Lucknow. I would definitely say the hospitality and cleanliness is one of the best but when comes to food quality and taste, I don’t like the taste of biryani, mutton, and butter naan was tight.

I have visited many kareem’s but I don’t think it stay up to the mark in comparison of other kareem’s. I tasted their special starter murg tikka kebab and they use lot of butter and it was salty enough to ruin your taste. I ordered for full mutton, it has so much oil and gravy taste was like road side dhaba style.

If it’s your special day , I wouldn’t recommend you to go there. Though if it’s only option then best of...
