KFC — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

At something 6PM or 7pm at evening i reached at KFC store situated at Phoenix mall Aashiyana at 4th floor.. I have order all Veg order but gotten Non veg pieces in my plate... . At KFC counter there was a only one Young Boy and two girls present....that Boy who served me this plate as was self service...when i complain about this then. That Boy standing at counter started shouting upon me.. And said "" JAOO KAHI KINAARE BAITH KAR KHA LE.. MERA DEMAG NA KHARAB KAR "" .. I was present with my children and wife that time ... But for my image , standard i didn't give any reply at that time as ny wife child was seeing...

I am soo soo dishonored by the KFC staff.. Specially by that Male person.... Tall boy Black skinny... I didn't know his name because the Batch was unseen ... The batch named was not clearly visible to me...

Very very disrespectful behavior done with me... I am soo feeling too bad by this KFC staff behavior.... My request never goto KFC situated on 4th floor in Phoenix mall alambag aashiyana near avadh chauraha.... There behavior is too bad.. At Saavan the they served me NoN beg item in place of Veg.... No hygiene..... Very bad service.... I will...

first i want to let you know about the behaviour of staffs......they are so disappointing and behaving improperly....i went there to purchase a combo pack which i have purchased that coupon from nearbuy..when i went to the kfc i showed them the coupon and they was again and again asking to show the coupon and said to me to wait nd i have waited......after 30 mins i went there again and said them to provide my order then ek staff ne bola mam aapse pehle jin logo k order h unko to de du and mai baith kr ye dekh rhi thi ki jinko wo de rhi thi wolog mere baad order kiye the and wo bilkul v interested ni thi ki mera order de......sun behen maine to poora pay kra h nearbuy ko to fir tu kyu ni de rhi mera order......fir se usne mujhe wait kraya almost for 30 mins .....yr hadd ho gyi kfc walo ki jb nearbuy se sell hee ni karni h to fir nearbuy k sath tie up kyu hue........drama h ye kfc phoenix ka....dont go there......bs paisa lootne...

Very bad CX (customer experienced) by me at KFC, Phoenix Mall, Kanpur Road, Lucknow. Customer discrimination surprised me here by Hamid & team. I've ordered for leg piece bucket which they refused to serve saying they don't have. Later they fulfilled same order of other customer just after leaving the counter by me. When i raised my concer to them than I got to know they preferred to serve Leg pieces bucket for online orders & kept for them only that's why they were refusing the counter sale of Leg piece bucket. If they are not interested to serve counter sale so they must close their outlets for customers & supply only online orders. I would never visit KFC...
