I have visited today evening (07.06.23, approx 9:45 pm) to Mcdonald restaurant at Emerald mall,Power House Chauraha, Lucknow. I have ordered (order no-159) and pay the amount of the given below items 2 McAloo VM, 3 McAloo tikki, 3 pizza McPuff

When I reached home I got 2 McAloo burger found missing.I hv called to restaurant and talk to Mr. Lalit and Saurabh Mishra,but they had not feel any guilt about it and even they give excuses that may be the staff is busy in swiggy order.I want to talk to senior store manager but they told me that he will not talk.I also said to them pls told ur store manager to talk to me but no any call recieved for this issue. I hv also said to register my complaint but Mr. Lalit told that I have not any register to do this,but sure next time I will adjust this missing item. If there is no any process to register this complaint then how the restaurant manager adjust this next time.If i will again go to restaurant after some days how you will tackle this issue.

As with McDonald's international standards, this outlet also comes with a self-ordering machine, wherein you can select your foods and make the payment too. There are two options, one is to collect your order from the counter and the other is to get it delivered to your table. If you choose the latter, then you need to put the token number that you pick-up while placing the order. Numbered tokens are placed beside the ordering machines. Now, the ambiance of this restaurant is nice, with ample sitting space on the ground floor. The first floor dining area has comparatively less space. We ordered Paneer Burger 🍔 combo, which came with Potato 🍟 fries and Mango Shake (other beverage options are also available). The Mango Shake tasted delicious and was thick in texture. However, McDonald's have significantly REDUCED the size of their burgers. I felt like eating a mini-burger, because the bread was so small in size.
