As per name Mothi Mahal food was not satisfactory at all yesterday we thought have good Indian food we went the restaurant though restaurant was busy we thought food quality will be great ,and we ordered handi paneer ,dal makhani vegetable kofta and some assorted breads. Dal makhani was worst like only boiled dal ,we informed the staff 2as there but they were just smiling not even single person has come to asked what is the problem with food small change are prepared according the taste. Again we asked dal tadka 2 plate that was also very bad dal was cooked it's hard termeric water was floating on top. We ordered one paneer lababdar it was same in taste like handi paneer and same in colour. At least you should keep some educated staff those can atleast asked about food quality ant taste to any of the person who has come for dining with you. Sorry to say day before yesterday we visited some other restaurant near by you in your line it was awesome food we thought need to change the restaurant . But overall wrong decision we had taken.
Work hard on food quality...
Read moreOk type. Food is just ok. Nothing great. We faced a problem in Non-Veg Platter. The mutton piece was just too big and more importantly, only half cooked. But the least we expect is that it should be properly cooked. After some haggling, they finally served (smaller) well-cooked pieces. Service was otherwise ok. No complaints on that aspect. Seating arrangements were also ok. The management needs to ensure that the items served are properly cooked and the manager on duty should be made responsible for enforcing it. After all, its not rocket science. In any self-respecting restaurant, such employees would be...
Read moreWent to the resturant today (Bill number : 26491). Ordered malai kofta, dal tadka, kashmiri dum aloo and bread.we also ordered pineapple raita, pineapple raita was sour and pineapple were soggy. The koftas were really hard and when we informed the manager (arvind) about it, he got very rude to us and said that there was no electricity in the building for the past half an hour. I see no correlation between electricity and my koftas being so hard, it's totally unrelated. The 2nd lot of naan was barely cooked through and it was difficult to get it down your throat. Overall, It was a really bad experience and I don't think so that I would be going in there again because of the management being so rude and food being hard...
