Mr. Brown Bakery (Magnum Plaza, Gomti Nagar) — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

Mr. Brown was a name who left behind all the established bakery brands in Lucknow,,,,when anybody talked or enquired about eggless cakes , parties and other bakery items most of Lucknowides suggested name of the MR. Brown...but in last one or two years,,,I feel that now Mr. Brown is not able to maintain its goodwill..my whole family was a fan of eggless cakes of Mr Brown specially fress fruit cake.. Today i purchased a 500 grm fress fruit cake from your outlet at Magnum Plaza, Gomti Nagar on invoice no. MPSV2021-0086905 DATE- 12.01.2022 but the cake was not upto the mark in taste for which v visited Mr Brown since it's opening of first outlet in Aliganj... Cake which was bought today ,,either not fresh or Mr. Brown had compromised with quality.. Earlier top layer of cream and icing was very thin but now it is more than one inch thick tht swhy flavor of fress fruit cake was missing...texture of cake under icing was also not smooth and it's seems to be not a fresh one.. This is not the first time but earlier it was felt tht some time it can be happened.. But today i really disappointed... I hope Mr. Brown administration will take my remark positively and keep a keen watch on its products quality... I wrote the aforesaid review last day when purchased a fresh fruit eggless cake from mr. Brown,,,,but the same was not upto expectation from Mr. Brown.. On my aforesaid review,,one official from mr. Brown visited my residence with a letter of appreciation with an apology for inconvenience along with a fresh fruit cake .. It was a very nice feeling tht a huge brand has acknowledged my review positively and also assured to maintain the quality of its product for which mr. Brown is acknowledged.. It Was also really heart touching that my favorite brand has maintain my trust by showing that every customer is valuable for him Thanks with all my best wishes to Mr....

Mr. Brown is one of the oldest and most famous bakeries in town. They were the first ones to get many new bakery products in town like Baklavas, varieties of cookies, Innovative cakes , festive special hampers and they have really progressed since it's inception and come up with many new outlets in town. The magnum plaza one being my favorite. It's the most spacious outlet, with food location and footfall. Perfect for birthday parties and gatherings as there is ample of seating space in the bakery.

Mr. Brown serves products of highest quality, maintains proper hygiene in their bakeries and kitchens and focuses on healthy food along with maintaining the taste of it since so many years.

Some of their highly recommended and my personal favorite bakery products are Baklavas, power seed cookies, freshly baked breads, customizable cakes, fresh fruit , chocolate pastries, dry fruit cookies, etc.

Every outlet has a cafeteria as well in the bakery where they serve lip smacking snacks and beverages at pocket friendly pieces. Do try their coffees, cheese burgers, pasta, sub sandwiches and brownie desserts.

I personally love their gift hampers and boxes. They are a super budget friendly bakery. You can easily get your hampers and cakes customized from them in any design.

With so much of disgust and poor experience i got from Mr. Brown eldeco magnum plaza I like to share that. Though I have nothing against Mr. Brown and I took my wife and daughter to the bakery on Feb 14 to give a treat to my wife and daughter. I had no idea that they have such quality i hv never expected from such a renowned eatery. On 14 Feb in evening I visited their shop and ordered pizzas and burgers with not a single doubt that my family would end up getting sick the same night after having meal. And there's no doubt that we have eaten anything from outside. And from same midnight my wife got frequent bowl movements leading to weakness and fever and in the morning me and my daughter also followed the same symptoms with irritated stomach and diarrohea. Today is 18 Feb and still we have not recovered completely and lost 2 kgs since then. We have planned our daughters birthday in Mr brown only which is on 12 March but in no way I am going to eat there again. I called up Mr brown today to atheist let them know what we are suffering from but not a single apology i have received from them.
