Worst Experience, I ordered Chicken Changezi and it was nothing but boiled chicken in undercooked gravy. Im quite sure that this is absolutely not how Chicken Changezi is prepared. What comes to my disappointment was how the dish I received was absolutely not what it was on their photo display. I wonder if big and such costly brands like Punjab Grill would not use images of their own cooked dishes. The price is above average and if I am spending so much, the least I can expect is nice edible food. Even if I dont talk about how overpriced and how overhyped the brand is, it takes me to utter guilt of getting flown away with all this “high marketing hype” these big giants create in the mindset and not trusting small scale local restaurants that will give you much better experiences without making a hole in one’s pocket. Extremely disappointed, and to whosoever reading this I would request to look out for better place, there are much much better fine dining/ casual dining/ options available. This place is extremely overpriced and overhyped. And all this frustration coming out because ive got negative reviews of Punjab Grill from many of my friends in Delhi but I trusted the “Big Brand Name” rather than my friends suggestion....

The variety on the menu is impressive, and each item felt fresh, rich, and full of taste. Truly some of the best Punjabi cuisine I’ve ever had.

While I appreciate the ambiance and service, I must express my concern about the pricing, I ordered mutton biryani. The cost of approximately 900 INR seemed considerably high compared to other options in Lucknow which to good than you even for street food . Additionally, I found the quantity to be inadequate, making the overall experience less value for money.

Moreover, I was disappointed with the taste of the mutton biryani, as it fell below my expectations. As a frequent visitor to various restaurants, I believe there is room for improvement in this aspect.
