I ordered dum biryani. First of all service is very poor. And when biryani came and as soon as I swallowed it, felt like I was eating khichdi. The rice was soggy infact very soggy. I was not at all tasted like biryani. I told them instead for apology nobody dared to care about it. Very casual attitude towards customer feedback. I will never ever have anything from Punjab Grill. It was total waste of money. Even the chicken was not fresh as if it was of yesterday because chicken tasted very blatant as if it was kept in freezer for long and they just rolled it in spices...
