Where do I even begin? Hosting an event at this café was a complete and utter disaster. If I could give negative stars, I would. From the moment I reached out to book, it was clear that this place had no concept of customer service or professionalism.

First of all, the management was shockingly unprofessional. There was zero communication leading up to the event, and any time I tried to get in touch, I was either ignored or given excuses. When I arrived at the café on the day of the event, nothing was set up as we had agreed upon. The space was a mess, and it was evident they had no clue what they were doing.

The staff were rude and completely uninterested in assisting us. They were not trained, disorganized, and couldn’t even manage simple tasks. Several guests went without their orders, and when the food did arrive, it was either cold, poorly prepared, or completely wrong. The drinks were watered down and tasteless, which only added to the disappointment.

To make matters worse, the entire atmosphere was far from what was promised. The café had no proper decorations, the seating was uncomfortable, and the music was either too loud or not even appropriate for the event. The whole thing felt like they were doing us a favor by letting us host there, and not once did anyone from the management try to make things right.

When I attempted to bring up my concerns with management, they were dismissive, unhelpful, and frankly, rude. They offered no apologies, no solutions, and certainly no compensation for the disaster they put us through. It felt like they didn’t care at all about the event, and clearly, they didn’t care about their customers either.

I am beyond frustrated and disappointed. This place is a total joke, and I would strongly recommend that anyone thinking about hosting an event here RUN the other way. It was an embarrassment for me and my guests, and I will never, ever return. Do yourself a favor—do not waste your time, money, or energy...

To make matters worse, the management did absolutely nothing to resolve the issues. When I approached them to discuss the problems, I was met with indifference and excuses. They clearly didn’t care about customer satisfaction or making the event a success.

This experience was not only frustrating but also humiliating for me and my guests. If you want to avoid a stressful, unprofessional, and completely unorganized event, do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. I will never be returning and strongly recommend you don’t waste your time...
