Good/expected Starbucks ambience located in a very good mall but very poorly trained staff.

A simple payment using Starbucks app took several failed attempts, wrong billings and numerous staff members to the point that everybody in the queue was frustrated. Worst of all they simply don't know how to prepare anything but the very common drinks. I explained countless times that I wanted a flat white which at first they didn't know was a hot coffee. Suspecting that they will make a wrong coffee I explained many times that this coffee is different from a latte or cappuccino and has a bigger shot. Even after paying for flat whites and getting exhausted after making the payment and explaining what this coffee was, I still received lattes. This is the first Starbucks outlet which opened on the 3rd of Aug. The store has an indoor seating and outdoor seating but it could be less at peak time. During the weekend there was huge rush and people could not get a seat easily. They can increase the seating capacity. The staff was cordial and helpful and placing the order was easy. The butter croissant was tasty. Variety in coffee is there but not much variety in terms of food. The world's greatest name in the world of coffee finally opened its doors for Lucknowites.
