This is to inform the MD of JB Ltd, that Pranav Shukla visited your commercial property , Skyhilton to attend the birthday party of Dr Manish Tulsiani on 23/12/19. I am extremely shocked and sad by the treatment met out by the security personnel and the GM of the hotel which was entirely unlawful, illegal and unprofessional. Some of my friends and myself were spotted by the security on hitting the ground floor after leaving an elevator off the 1st floor . The security guard wanted us to be present at the reception for some talk. According to the security and your employees at the reception, me and my friends tried to damage the elevator and run away. We accept we were rolling up and down through the elevator and waving at the camera inside and also knocked the glass of the elevator but were strictly not intended to damage the property. Here I'd like to clear 3 things - Firstly , Neither we intended nor was any damage done to the elevator. Secondly , I personally and almost inarguably believe that rolling up and down through the elevator or waving at the security camera was a normal activity and could cause no harm except for showing our jolly nature. Thirdly , One from our group was scared of the elevator fully made out of glass and so just to make him believe the glass was strong enough , not to break and that our safety was not to get compromised , we knocked at the glass, which I believe could not have sustained any damage . We noticed one from our group ran away in fear. I chased behind him by the permission of the security guard but unfortunately wasn't able to catch him and returned hoping to find the rest of my friends at the reception. Now , I really want you to pay serious attention to what is written next. So , on my way towards the reception , I met my father who was there to pick me up and coincidentally I also happened to meet the security guard who told me to go to the reception. I graciously agreed to it. Just then a friend from the same group called me to inform that he was home already with the rest of the people. The security guard snatched my mobile phone from me and started walking towards the reception. A few seconds later , I asked the guard to return my mobile but he didn't respond and kept walking . I even tried to snatch my mobile but he pushed me and lingered on . When I tried to get a hold of my mobile , he gave it to some other man , probably another employee, and two of them together pushed me back and went up to the reception to submit it to another man at the reception. At the reception I got hold of my mobile phone where I happened to meet the GM some Mr Vikas who conversed with me for a few minutes about the matter . When he ended I started to put forth the point that the staff behaved unprofessionally and illegally snatching my mobile away even when I agreed to come to the reception. The GM without paying any attention to what I said rudely claimed that he could do anything from detaining me to cofiscating my mobile phone. Firstly, I wonder what gives your GM the authority to detain me and behave so rudely. Secondly, my mobile was snatched away from me and therefore I had the right to ask for my mobile to the staff. Thirdly, since no damage was done to the property, on what grounds could anyone claim to call the police. I also want to ask you , could anyone from among the employees behave in such a manner if there was an adult in place of me ? I also accept that the GM is a nice guy and is older than me in age but anyway this kind of behavior is not acceptable by a hotel chain like yours.
I demand you to look into the matter yourself and sort out things . I want an apology via mail for the actions of the security guard and the GM for the unprofessional, illegal treatment met out to me. I want a positive reply from your side within 24 hours from now or I'll have to take action from my side .
