Finding a restaurant that serves both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food with equal passion is rare, but this place manages to strike that perfect balance. Located conveniently in the heart of the city, the restaurant welcomes you with a warm ambience—tasteful interiors, comfortable seating, and soft lighting that set the mood for a memorable dining experience.
The vegetarian menu is a real treat for anyone who loves authentic flavors. From starters like crispy paneer tikka and hara bhara kebab to the rich, creamy dal makhani, every dish is thoughtfully prepared. The highlight for me was the veg biryani, which was aromatic, perfectly spiced, and served with refreshing raita. Even simple dishes like butter naan and palak paneer carried a freshness that made them stand out. Vegetarians will appreciate that the dishes are not just side options but are given the same love and attention as the non-veg ones.
Moving to the non-vegetarian side, the menu shines even brighter. The chicken kebabs are juicy and marinated to perfection, with a smoky flavor that lingers. The mutton curry is another star—tender pieces of meat in a thick, flavorful gravy that pairs beautifully with both naan and rice. For seafood lovers, the prawn masala is an absolute must-try, offering just the right balance of spice and tang. The non-veg biryani deserves a special mention—fragrant, well-layered, and packed with flavors that stay with you long after the meal.
Service is another strong point here. The staff is polite, attentive, and always ready with recommendations based on your taste. Food arrives on time, and the presentation makes the dishes look as good as they taste. Prices are reasonable considering the quality, portion sizes, and overall dining experience.
For dessert, don’t miss the gulab jamun with ice cream or the sizzling brownie—they are the perfect sweet endings to an indulgent meal.
Overall, this restaurant is a must-visit for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. It’s not just about food, but about the experience of enjoying carefully crafted dishes in a pleasant setting. Whether you’re dining with family, friends, or colleagues, this place guarantees satisfaction for...

🔺Coming to food, the Menu is Long and Full of Rich Indian food. 🔷You can opt for several amongst Kababs (Galawti) complemented really well with the Parathas, Chicken and Mutton dishes, to go as sides with Naan, Tandoori Roti, Roomali, Masala and a few differnebt Types of Kulcha.
🔷There's options for Pulao (Veg) and Chicken, Mutton Biriyani as well. Untill you're planning to fill yourselves upto the neck, a couple of Parathas with the Kababs and a Biriyani Shared between two is sufficient. There is Kheer for desert and Cold drinks. They serve Mineral Water in the beginning and it's not free. The Salad and Pudina Chutney is complementary and goes great with anything you're having. Raita is served with biriyani.
🔷The Paratha was really soft and crunchy at the same time. Kababs were too expensive and so we did not go for it. We tried Chicken Lagaan and it was good. Half is sufficient for 2 people. Biriyani was great as well. Mutton was really Succulent. I wish the the rice was more cooked. Maybe batch variation?
🔺Staff are Helpful, Well Mannered. The place is clean.
🔺They do not have the provision for Packing up of leftover food for takeaway.
🔺Pocket pinch: we found it quite on the expensive side. 2 Parathas, a chicken side and a mutton biriyani costed...
Read moreHad a poor experience with them today. Food and ambiance was fair enough and things would have gotten okey in the end also but as i was making my exit holding my daughter's stroller, I slipped. I felt as if i was walking over snow. After getting up i realised that the gentleman out there was washing the floor near the main gate. It was not just a regular water wash but a floor wash with lot of soapy water and further ahead foam was all visible.
The owner claimed that the warning sign was removed by someone (not sure who did this). No attempt of apology by the owner was made here.
After few steps, a waiter came running to me and claimed that I didn't pay the bill even though the waiter did see the confirmation message by himself. Later another waiter came wobbling over confirming that the payment was received. There were some network issues:
Four concerns mainly: No one apologised for the trauma I had. What if instead of stroller I was holding my daughter. After all this the staff was more interested in his payment. Lastly, no attempt to apologise.
I know there are few Dastarkhwan restaurant in LKO. Out of which this is for sure not the one to make a visit to. Rates are also expensive. Food quality is average. The one you should make a visit to is the one I have attached a photograph of. The name is Dastarkhwan...
