I had a terrible experience here. The staff was rude and unprofessional throughout. When I visited with my family, my mother, who is claustrophobic, got stuck in the lift. Instead of taking responsibility, the staff dismissed it by saying, “Any lift can stop working,” even though another staff member admitted the lift had been dysfunctional for days. To make matters worse, their unhelpful and discourteous attitude continued when we sought assistance in finding a table. It was not that much gud as I expected . They took soo much time to change the coal which is kept above the huka .we were not able to enjoy fully as there service was not fast .... I'll ask them to improve there service as soon as possible . They almost ruined my friend,s birthday party and it all happened because of there very late response...we are were like -heloow it's are 7 time calling you to change this coil and remove the plates , but as always they ignored us .. !!! My experience was very bad and I'll not recommend that cafe to anyone else...

We visited The Penthouse in Lucknow for Rakhi lunch, and while the place wasn’t very crowded, the experience was disappointing. The food was the biggest letdown. The Mezze platter oddly included a bowl of plain mayonnaise, the hummus was bland, and the pita wasn’t traditional bread or chips—it was a strange bread that didn’t complement the dips. The fried fish tasted stale, and overall, nothing had authentic flavor.
