Aroma — Restaurant in Uttarakhand

We are going to this place since they have started serving at the IIT campus. Ambiance and service are good, but the food quality has deteriorated with time. Especially the quality of chicken they serve. We continuously monitored that they either use a bad quality chicken or not cooking properly. Be it soups, chicken curries or gravies, some veggie main dishes, there is no consistency. And the price is high even for salaried people. This restaurant is very conveniently located inside IIT Roorkee campus. Having a very high price list, I do not know whom they are targeting and as a result very less crowd always. So you can enjoy the complete atmosphere there with less crowd. Initially the food quality was okay but gradually it is becoming so poor. Suggestion: Maintain a good quality food, keep affordable price...

Went with my labmates. The quality of food wasn't great, the Russian Salad and Lemon Ice tea were horrendous. Forgot to diliver a few of our orderes. The AC was not working in the partitioned room where we sat. Overall a pretty uncomfortable experience. And yes overpriced given the quality of food. Better to opt for Olive/ Rustic or Fusion in Civil lines.
