I recently visited Chilli's in Pacific Mall, Dehradun, with my cousins. Here's our experience:

Things we liked: 1+1 offer on Mondays and Tuesdays (though we had to ask for it) Delicious 4 Cheese Pizza with jalapenos (thick crust, soft, and flavorful) Cheesy Nachos: fresh salad and cream cheese make it a must-try The deserts were mind blowing. The brownie with ice cream was ordinary but loved the skillet chocolate chip cookie 🍪

Today I dined at Chili's Grill & Bar and had an overall enjoyable experience. The ambiance was quite pleasant, creating a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere perfect for a casual meal.

The food was definitely a highlight, with a diverse menu offering a variety of flavorful options. Every dish we ordered was delicious and well-prepared, showcasing the quality and care put into the cooking.

The staff behavior and service were commendable. Our server was attentive, friendly, and ensured that we received our food promptly, adding to the positive dining experience.

One point to note is that the food is on the expensive side. While the quality and service justify the prices to some extent, it might not be the best option if you're dining on a budget.

I have eaten a lot of bad food in my life, but I’ve never paid so much for it. Chiles Restaurant served completely pathetic food. Not recommended at all. The prices are extremely high, yet the food lacks taste, flavor, and any uniqueness in cooking style. Honestly, even a roadside rehri wala serves tastier food than this place.

I ordered 4 veg burgers and tacos, both were very disappointing. The name of the restaurant is “Chiles,” but it seems they forgot to add any chill or flavor to their recipes. The burger was extremely bad. it felt like an aloo tikki cooked with just salt, placed inside a bun and called a burger. No flavor, no texture.

They served it with plain tomato ketchup and mayonnaise that only had oregano in it. That's all. I genuinely believe even Gupta Burger tastes much better. they at least serve it with green chutney.
