Eddie's Bakery is a delightful fusion of a cafe and a bakery that left me truly impressed. The moment I stepped in, the enchanting decor whisked me away into a cozy haven of delightful aromas and inviting ambiance. The blend of rustic and modern elements in the decor creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease.

Now, let's talk about the food – oh, it was an absolute treat! The pizza was a savory marvel, with a perfectly crispy crust and a symphony of flavors that danced on my taste buds. The frappe was a delightful accompaniment, creamy and just the right amount of sweetness to complement the pizza.

And then there was the cheezecake – a sheer indulgence! Creamy, rich, and oh-so-delicious, it was the perfect sweet ending to my visit. The menu at Eddie's Bakery is a testament to their culinary expertise, offering a range of delectable options to suit every palate.

Ordered two cakes recently. One was a macron cake with milk chocolate flavour, and other was a fresh mango cake. At the time of placing the order we were very specific that we wanted to see fresh mango on the mango cake (as was in one of the pictures on Insta), and they agreed to do it. On the day of the event, we just picked up the cakes without checking. Upon opening the mango cake box we realised that they didn't put any mango pieces on top of the mango cake as per our request. It actually looked like a cream/strawberry white/pink cake, though inside it did have some mango pieces. Hence, presentation wise, we got something else. I won't hesitate to state that the taste was good, but the fresh mango pieces were missing. The price is a bit steep too (Rs.2000 for 1kg cake is a bit on a higher side when you can't adhere to customer requirements).

Also ate a blueberry cheesecake once - Must mention that it tasted like a cream cake with blueberry jam on top. I suggest Eddie's should remove this cake from their menu if they can't source actual fresh...

A nice joint to chill with friends and family or just sit and read by oneself. They have several board games and a few books on a shelf to read from.

The decor was simple but done tastefully. Heartwarming photographs of a couple adorned one of the wall. I guess they must be family.

The food was definitely the "king" . The 3 cheese sandwich was perfect . The cajun French fries were nice. I wish they served hand cut French fries. The water melon pop was refreshing and a must have. The lemon tarts were delicious. The lemon curd was well prepared and the tart base was crisp and perfectly baked.

I have read and heard a lot about the rude gentleman at the counter. But in my experience I came across perfectly professional staff. I don't know if the two guys I met were the owners. They had a pleasant disposition and gave me suggestions. And yes they Smiled too. 🙂
