Not satisfied with the service and staff at this KFC outlet. Unfortunately, my family and I had a poor experience during our recent visit. The restaurant was almost empty, with only Zomato and Swiggy delivery drivers waiting around, which made the lack of attention from the staff even more frustrating.

The staff seemed more focused on processing online orders than assisting in-store customers. One of the major inconveniences was that they don’t accept UPI or card payments at the counter. Instead, you have to use a digital display at the entrance to place your order, which can be quite confusing for those who are not tech-savvy or familiar with such systems.

To avoid this hassle, I placed my order through the KFC app, which also offered better discounts. My order included a rice combo (medium), two Longer combos (large), and a medium Chicken Popcorn. However, they didn’t have the rice combo available. I asked them twice to replace it with another Longer combo, but the staff seemed confused, leading to a delayed order and an overall unpleasant experience.

I have had 3 bad instances with KFC at Pacific Mall, first of all, I ordered some snack online sitting at Astley Hall. Their online system punched the order at Pacific Mall KFC and not on the one at Rajpur road, it was not my mistake. After ordering they called up after almost 45 minutes that they cannot deliver the order as its beyond their delivery area and cancelled the order, and the refund of it never came to my account, I had to visit them personally. Secondly I had asked them few weeks ago not to serve soft drinks to the customers which has been poured to the glass may be 15 minutes ago and the fizz of the drink is already gone, they kept on doing this practice. Third instance happened again when I visited on 22nd Apr 2018 to the store, they were following the same practice till now, I asked them to serve me the Fresh drink, inspite of giving me the fresh drink dispensed from the machine they started arguing with me and still kept on serving the already poured drinks to the other customers. Also health/ food department should visit them soon they will certainly find the hygiene level is certainly not maintained...
