Let Me Dine Restaurant — Restaurant in Uttarakhand

My mother and I dropped in to get takeaway from Let Me Dine, to try the food for the first time, and what a disaster it was. You can make a restaurant as trendy as possible but if the food is way below average, you can only survive for so long.

Not recommending this place to anyone, or going there again. There should be at least one redeemable quality for giving a second try - there was none here.

Observations on the infrastructure: The restaurant has made a trendy ambience hoping to be instaworthy. However, the one unisex toilet was flooded with water, the door lock was hardly latching and there was no soap!!

Observations on the Food: We ordered and paid for takeaway classic chicken burger, veg hakka noodles and grilled cheese sandwich. I'll comment on the sauce first - the sauce was a very vinegary kaddu (pumpkin) sauce. I mean, seriously?? Even dhabas keep tomato ketchup these days. We would have consumed the Orange coloured sauce, had it not been so strong on the vinegar and chillies.

Ordered and paid for classic chicken burger, got boiled vegetable patty burger with zero flavour. Ordered grilled cheese sandwich and got some bland vegetable sandwich with no cheese. Hakka noodles were...

Ordered Veg Sweet Corn Soup .. No veggies but salty ..... not hot but okies in temperature

Second Chilly Paneer Dry .... First The Way He Got Cucumber sliced along d bowl for Garnishing Showed Caliber Of Chef ..... Onions Sliced In Various Ways ... Bellpeppers All different Sizes N Shape ... Watery Chilli Paneer Dry ... Gravy Not Coated At All ... Paneer Not Fresh ....

Literally Dint even order any order item ... as it was clear its road side gugaad cook not a chef ....

Pricing higher than well running cafes n resturants near by ....

Literally good side beauty can attract but to stay along u need inner cooking skills ... higher a chef to do preparation.. neither all yr investment will be in drain ... Culinary Skills Will Make coustomer come again n again not just d ambience ....

Quality n skill both needs work up .

Though won't b visiting again after experience i had but honestly i was looking foward for ravishing dinning experience but really Disheartened was not expecting such low standards where as when several bench marks already...

Firstly, the quality of the food was extremely disappointing. We specifically requested spicy food, but what we received was simply inedible due to the excessive amount of green chilies used. This was not a balanced spice but rather an overwhelming and unpleasant experience. Additionally, the food did not taste fresh at all. It was evident that frozen ingredients were used for dishes like chili chicken and Manchurian, which significantly affected the taste and texture.

Furthermore, when we brought our concerns to the chef's attention, we were met with a disrespectful and dismissive response. The chef stated, "That’s how it’s been made," without any attempt to understand our concerns or offer a solution. This lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable.

I believe that as a paying customer, I deserve better quality food and respectful service. I urge you to address these issues to prevent other customers from having a similarly...
