This one staff member at Standard bakery, Rajendra Nagar Main branch was so rude to me, He has a moustache and he is around 40-50 years old. I ordered a noodle grenade and I was waiting for quite some time and I asked him once or twice, how much longer it's going to take and he rudely replied "Kaccha dedu kya" listening to this reply I got in an argument with him and while I was leaving he said "Samaan mil gaya na, ab niklo". I am visiting this bakery since I was little kid and I've never experienced this, all the staff members are are great and I have nothing against this bakery as I have a lot of memories here but this one guy just ruined it all. He should've atleast kept in mind that the owner of this place is very respectful and this bakery has some reputation. I really hope that the owner of this place takes care of this matter as I don't expect this kind of behaviour from any staff member of the Standard bakery. Had a really bad day...

I am giving one star because they exist..... how...god knows... recommended by many... ordered stuffed for my daughters first birthday... gave very good impression... design and everything... on the day delivered 2hours late so we can't return ... different cake and design...ruined the party... unfortunately no pics of the cake from inside... so not wanna attend our query... not bothered about the design we discussed and agreed... and regretting for delay... staff had no clue why its delayed and what happened.... took few months to reply...very shameful and no professional thing... their main moto is once money in then FO... they don't have courage to accept the mistake just covering up with things and hiding... and come up with there is no limitation of satisfaction... we paid you sir...and you already charging 200 for 20 rs thing... i m hoping that cost covers the service and customer...
