Café Coffee Day — Restaurant in Uttarakhand

Me and my mom went for an evening coffee and snack to Cafe Coffee Day in Rajendra Nagar Dehradun and we met with an unpleasant behaviour from the staff. we received soggy and over heated croissants which should have been crispy and we kindly asked them to give us fresh crispy ones and if not possible we asked to cancel the order. The staff gave us the same soggy croissants we received before we were not able to process what really happened. We asked them to change them as they were in the same condition or just cancel it while walking out me and my mom were talking about the case and the staff interrupted us and started arguing in a rude manner. He said it was the Cafe Coffee Day policy to give food like this way and if this is the case I'm disappointed as I'm a regular costumer since years and love the coffee here. It was unprofessional, I will not visit the outlet ever again plus the AC was not working and we were sweating. Forced to change my rating to 2* (from the earlier 5*, given a couple of months ago). Dirty furniture Careless and uncourteous staff behaviour (special mention: Mr. Simanth, dtd. 31.03.2018, 11pm) No fly protection No change at the counter. We had to cut down the size of our purchase to be able to pay for our coffee. Surprising, but true. They are willing to loose business, than to arrange for the change at the counter. They deliver one of the finest coffee I ever had in Dehradun. Gosh, I still can feel that complex , yet smooth taste. You have to have this exotic coffee experience if you are a premium coffee lover. I tried Cappuccino and Cafe Mocha. Also, they serve amazing shakes and ice tea. I tried Kit Kat Shake and Cranberry Ice tea. I cannot forget the taste,,

We also had Cheesy Quesadilla and loved the flavours. It was served with amazing dip perfectly...
