Tonic is the definition of gastropub personified. This is not a family place although depending on the timing it can act like one. You can comfortably visit with kids during day time when it's less crowded however as night begins there is lot of youngsters who want to drink, smoke, hookah while listening to their dj/ live band which is pretty awesome 👌. There are no restrictions here, so if you go you must assess your mood and the environment you're in. Nobody misbehaves , the staff is cooperative but you might be annoyed by the smoking and loud chatter. The food is just average. They have a surprisingly good liquor menu and you can find the not so easily available whiskeys and single malts. There is a karaoke machine and you know what you can do with it. In food, only tried the Indian food which was great, read tikkas, kebabs and a great dal tadka. The service is great and the staff goes out of its way to make you feel cosy and comfortable. All in all, a good place for a night...
