Staff service is very positive and food stuff is also amazing.

(Edit): well after 2 years I am reducing the stars because of the service which i have received today.. after covid this place's quality and service degraded so terribly.. so below are the things I am pointing out because of which I reduced the stars and giving a negative review: Food quality degraded.. food does not taste good. Staff service also terrible now. They take your order and I don't know what happens inside kitchen then after a while they say your order will not be possible...so today we ordered some chinese food, after 10 mins of wait they told me that chinese order won't be possible and to order something else. Well it was absurd but still we changed the order. Then it was turn of sweet dish and we ordered kulfi faluda. Well guess what happen after 15 to 20 mins of wait they came and told me that their freezer isn't working and the kulfi has melted. Is this the way they treat their customer. First they make us wait and then they don't fulfill our order. Really disappointed from the services they provided. Then we ordered rasmalai instead of this kulfi faluda. Quality of rasmalai was kind of Ok. Well anandam which is just opposite to it provides a better quality of rasmalai from this..

Conclusion: a very bad experience. Regret...
