I have been a regular customer of walk in woods and I just love them.The menu had a great variety of dishes to choose from, and I was excited to try some of their specialty items.

I started with the chicken rara, which was a hearty and spicy dish with tender chunks of chicken in a rich tomato sauce. The flavor was bold and well-balanced, and the dish had just the right amount of heat to make it enjoyable.

Organised bday party for 30-35 people, all of them are my friends and 9-10 upto 5 year children. Experience not good, my observation and complaints are: Gulab jamun and ice cream were part of menu, but my friends are telling me, when they asked for ice cream they simply denied and on asking for gulab jamun they turned them away saying "garam kar rahe hain". Even upto the end of party they didn't get any. Only one who were waiting at the counter for 15-10 mins got gulab jamun. Today when my friends told me , I realized sweet dishes were not kept with dinner items. Roti missi/naan /tandoori was in menu but when I asked to keep it they took 40 mins to bring it on table while diner was going on and people were waiting for it. Many times they asked for snacks but they were not providing adequately. 3 people were supposed to serve but only one person was serving snacks. we had arrangement they head count will be done for people above 5 year age. For last 2 weeks I telling them there are total 30-35 people and 9-10 upto 5 year children, but after party they presented bill for 45 people & explained that they have done arrangement according to 45 people and after arguing that total 35 people were there they calculated it for 40 people. Well before organizing party every one so helpful but during the event service was very poor. On asking why is there delay in serving snacks they told me, they are preparing snacks on demand as per party while during billing they said that they have done arrangement according to 45 people. Sweet dish part is very horrible most of my friends are saying they didn't get any even after asking. Its very embarrassing for me. Well I was unable to look after everything as I was busy with guests as I trusted them completely...

Visited this palce on 4.8.22. Recently we had been to their outlet at Sahastradhara road at which food was good and customer handling was professional... But this place is unlike the other. Ambience and neatness is good. Prices are reasonable but food is pretty average. Of the food we ordered, Chicken manchurian was awful, and chicken was not fresh.when complained about the taste and quality of chicken they made some changes and present the same dish. Any good hotel manager would offer not to charge for the spoilt dish but this manager turned up after multiple calls and reduced 200 from bill. It's not about the money but the work ethic and service which matters and makes you visit a palce again. Don't feel like going again. Hope they should change their customer handling and learn from...
