We went to this restaurant for a celebration dinner, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a very disappointing experience.
Right from the start, service was poor. We were left unattended for 20 minutes before finally having to call a waiter and request menus. Instead of handing them to us, he simply pointed to a QR code and told us to scan it. Even basic items like masala papad and peanuts took over 30 minutes to arrive, after multiple reminders.
Starters were no better — each dish was served with nearly a 30-minute gap. The same happened with the main course. To make matters worse, when our continental chicken dish arrived, the waiter refused to plate it, telling us we would have to cut and serve each other since it was “one breast of chicken.” Even the Goan prawns curry was just dropped off at the table without any plating or assistance. We repeatedly had to request serving plates and cutlery, which should have been provided as a matter of course.
The main dishes did not arrive together, and by the time we asked for the bill, our pasta dish finally appeared — far too late to be eaten, so we had it packed. To top it off, we were charged for two bottles of water when we had only consumed one.
The restaurant wasn’t even full that evening, yet the service felt careless and indifferent. As for the food, only the Goan prawns curry stood out. The rosemary rice was dry and overpowered with herbs, making it unpleasant, while the rest of the dishes were forgettable.
It’s disappointing to have such a sad experience on what was meant to be a special occasion. I sincerely hope the restaurant improves its service and food quality, because in its current state, it falls far short of...

We were a party of 14 pax with 6 kids, with the youngest being 5 years old. And after travelling 300 kms, we thought of going for dinner as it was 10 pm as it would be late to go and cook at home as the kids were hungry. We ordered a simple Fried Rice and Hakka noodles for the kids thinking that it will come soon. However after waiting for more than an hour, the food still did not come out from the kitchen and it was around 11.23 pm that we walked out as the food still did not come and the kids were very hungry by then. The reply that we got was that there was a birthday party who had reserved a table and for the record, they arrived way later after us. Also the portioning is very small for the amount charged. Calling the service pathetic would be an understatement. And being a industry veteran of 21 years, I was totally shocked at the apathy shown to our kids. And when we asked for the bill, there was a addition of an extra dish which we had not consumed. This restaurant is a rip off. And from the news around, it seems that this restaurant is for sale. No wonder it is for sale as the food and service is pathetic and appalling for the price being charged. And being Mother's Day, the restaurant was empty with only about 4 tables, which is clearly evident why it was empty. We walked out and went to another restaurant to feed our kids. Had to bring it down to 1 star... This time I was ripped of 3k, which taught me never order something not on menu... Asked about a platter, and Hitesh (captain i guess) offered to serve us a chicken platter which would have 45-50 pieces ... Well the dish was tasty but definitely not as promised and certainly not WORTH 3k ... Will let the picture speak.
On questioning the captain he says that's how it is nothing can be done... And also he refused to accept the mistake.. i feel i definitely deserved a discount for being mistreated and misinformed
TO THE OWNER PLEASE ADD ALL YOU CAN TO THE MENU, AND TRAIN THE GUYS TO INFORM BEFORE.
Anyhow one of the waiters was particularly good couldn't get his name though... A THIN SPIKEY HAIR GUY.
But again from my previous review about a year ago nothing much has changed, that's says it all about working upon feedback...
Nevertheless less in our own we were able to have a good time together as family but nothing was contributed By captain drunk to fuel it.
