Our family visited Skybar for a Sunday dinner. Its spacious which made it comfortable for our family to settle in without feeling cramped. The restroom was clean and surprisingly spacious, a small but important detail when dining out with family.
The elevator ride up was marred by unsightly paan stains—a real eyesore. Additionally, the stairs leading to the restaurant are poorly lit.
The view from the Skybar is unfortunately hindered by this huge sticker-like design on the glass windows, so don’t expect breathtaking cityscapes at night. That said, the overall vibe inside is pleasant enough.
The band was excellent that evening. The acoustics of the venue left something to be desired. Pro tip: Avoid sitting to the sides of the stage, as the audio quality there is subpar. Opt for seats directly in front or further away for a better experience.
We decided to go for a range of various dishes. The food at Zeal Skybar ranged from delightful to disappointing. Some dishes truly shone, earning top marks: Mushroom and Cheese Cigar Rolls (5/5), Cheddar Stuffed Chicken (5/5) and the Mushroom Chilli (5/5)
Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the French fries (2/5), which were limp, lacked crispiness, and tasted like low-quality potatoes—a major letdown for such a basic dish. Also the alcohol content in the cocktails (Long Island Iced Tea, Special Mojito) was questionable. The shots we tried (Brain Hemorrhage, Brain Tumor) were good, but lacked that punch.
Our total bill came to around ₹5,500 for six people, which felt reasonable given the portions and variety of dishes we ordered. Prior reservations are recommended, especially for weekends, as the place can get busy.
Would I visit Skybar again? Absolutely—but with some adjustments. Next time, I’ll skip the French fries, steer clear of overly complicated cocktails, and make sure to grab a seat with...
Read moreWe had the very worst experience ever! On 11/01/2025 we visited this place around 8.40 PM. We had already reversed the table via Zomato for 2 and the timing was 8.30. When we reached the place there was no parking space on the road so for 5-10 min I was searching for the place where I can park my vehicle safely. Then we went near the ground floor entrance to catch the lift. There where already 20-30 people in queue waiting near the lift lobby. There are 2 lifts which are commonly shared by Gold gym, kokum restaurant and some banquet hall. We waited for 10 min over there. We where running out of time as our booking was scheduled for 8.30 PM, So we decided to go by the staircase on 4th floor. While walking upstairs, we saw so many garbage bags and rubbish stuff kept on the staircase (fire exit area) which was smelling very very bad and even there was no space to go upstairs. Somehow we tried to reach the 4th floor. Upon reaching over there the person at the reception mentioned that they have allotted our table to someone because we reached late. So we waited there for another 10 min to get a table. after Sometime the reception person came to us by saying there is one table where one couple is seated and requested to share the table with them. This was so pathetic. I started thinking that such kind of restaurant can request us to share a table with someone? We saw 2 tables inside the restaurant which were vacant but refused to give...
Read moreI have been to this restaurant many times just because it’s very close to my house. Whenever I go there I have to request them to slow down the volume of music but they never do so…
Yesterday I been there and we ordered Chicken spicy coriander which was not fresh. I ask our attendant to take an order of Veg Nachos but he gave us Non veg after telling him that he have given a wrong order he went into the argument mode and proved how he was right there, we agreed to keep non veg nachos (we paid for it) and order another Veg nachos.
We ordered Kamakazi & Jäger shots at the Bar, the bottle had no stopper. When we asked the bartender about it he just gave us the smile and serve the same. Non on the shot was worth single penny.
Glass of the beer was broken and we realised it when we finished the half of the glass when we told this to our attendant he just replace the same beer in another glass but not replaced the beer.
This restaurant was hurry in closing at 11.30 pm. they switched off the lights of the bar too when there were more 2/3 tables occupied.
They also sell liquor bottles in the hotel. We bought two yesterday since there is a dry day in Maharashtra.
This place is not recommended anymore. These people are making you fool. They don’t even know how to make shots , cocktails and serve the food. Their priority is not their customers. Worst place yo...
