Frozen Bottle - Milkshakes, Desserts, and Ice Cream — Restaurant in Vasai-Virar

I have visited Frozen Bottle a couple of times, and my experience has never been good. Firstly, I wouldn't even rate the service with a single star. We ordered a couple of shakes, mocha coffee, and ice cream, and I can't explain how unhygienically the ice cream was being served—using fingers to scoop. When I politely asked the server to wear gloves, she rudely made an excuse about the pressure and hurry, instead of apologizing, when I was the only customer besides a Zomato delivery person. After she put on gloves, she ended up breaking the cone. Instead of replacing the whole ice cream, she put the broken cone into a new one with a full attitude. Believe me, as my sister ate the ice cream, it was just on the top, while 80% of the cone was dry and empty. When I showed this to the desk, they said, "What are you expecting for a 40 rupee ice cream?" and added that what I wanted was a Cornetto, where the ice cream is only on top.

This is the first time in my life I have seen such poorly served ice cream. Although I didn't say anything further as I felt they would not accept it or they lacked knowledge, my overall experience was the worst.

While the shakes are nice, if the service isn't good, it isn't worth it. I will never visit or order from Frozen Bottle again. I am writing this review because I wouldn't want anyone's day ruined just because of...

Extremely Disappointing Experience at Frozen Bottle – Virar Branch

Visited the Virar branch of Frozen Bottle and had one of the worst customer service experiences ever. The lady at the counter (name unclear, possibly Trush or Tushar) was shockingly rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional.

I simply asked if cones were available, to which she rudely replied “no.” When I asked what options they had, she screamed back saying “sir, we have jars, jars!” in a very aggressive and disrespectful tone. This is not how any customer deserves to be treated. Even before us, she was seen arguing with another customer – clearly showing a pattern of bad behavior.

This kind of attitude from staff is completely unacceptable and reflects terribly on the brand. Frozen Bottle is known for its premium offerings, but the staff at this outlet is ruining the brand’s reputation.

I urge the franchise owner or higher management to take immediate action and remove such toxic staff before more customers are driven away. If this is not addressed, it will surely affect your business in the long run.

I am also going for consumer court for disrespect and abuse.
