The store is very understaffed. The same person is cleaning the tables, taking orders and preparing orders. KFC, this is not the way to manage your finances, please think about the customers service as well.

I ordered, 3 classic chicken burger using the auto order machine, coz staff asked to do so since he could not handle the crowd, no worries I did it. My simple 3 burger order were received after 20 mins.

Most of the tables were already occupied and 2 tables were dirty, we had to sit in the table which was not cleaned. I requested the staff to clean it 6 times, he came to clean it after we had to eaten our half meals and he left the cleaning stuff on my table itself.

I don’t blame the staff here, the blame should go to the KFC, this is regular situation in global city branch. The store is very understaffed.

I seriously do not agree with the behaviour of KFC staff, they are the most irresponsible and careless people, doesn’t even have a courtesy to take order from the customer, this is not the attitude you people should show to the customer , customer is standing there for almost 10 mins then too order was not taken, instead the staff was giggling and cracking jokes, doesn’t even has a courtesy to ask or hurry when the customer is asking for food, it seemed liked the staff is kept for judging people on their wealth. There was no smile and no proper greetings. Staff’s Attitude was as if they are doing a favor on us. It is very simple and important that you should greet the customer and ask for order instead there was irritation on their faces.
