I am writing to bring to your attention an unfortunate experience I had during my recent visit to your restaurant on 5th April 2025

Upon entering your establishment, my party and I were met with a level of rudeness that was quite surprising. As we approached the seating area, a waiter abruptly informed us that we could not sit in a particular area because we were "not family." This comment was not only confusing but also disheartening, as we were indeed all together as a family.

We were looking forward to enjoying a meal at your restaurant, as we have heard positive reviews about both the food and the atmosphere. However, the treatment we received from the staff made it impossible for us to feel welcome. The waiter's dismissive attitude left us feeling unwelcome, and we ultimately decided to leave without ordering any food or drinks.

I understand that the hospitality industry can be challenging, and everyone has off days. However, the behavior exhibited by the waiter was unacceptable and does not align with the level of service that one would expect from a reputable establishment. It is essential for staff to treat all customers with respect and kindness, regardless of the circumstances.

I believe that feedback is crucial for improvement, and I hope you take this incident seriously. It is vital for your restaurant to ensure that all guests feel valued and welcomed. Perhaps additional training in customer service could help prevent similar situations in the future.

I had an extremely unfortunate and far from satisfactory experience. Upon ordering one of their dishes, I was beyond shocked to discover a large foreign object (a copper stud with an artificial diamond impregnated) This not only compromised the hygiene standards but also left open a whole horizon of health hazards in one of the premium restaurants in Vasai

Despite bringing this matter to the attention of the staff, their response was underwhelming. They were very calm about it and simply reacted the way we find a hair strand in the food. They simply subtracted the cost of the dish from the bill, completely overlooking the severity of the situation.

They considered this incident as a typical Indian restaurant would do - subtract and close the matter. Had it been a restaurant outside India where this happened, by now the restaurant license would have been suspended. This attitude is because we consumers have a "let go" and "bear everything attitude"

Not only did this fail to address the distress caused by the incident, but it also left me questioning the overall integrity of the establishment.

In conclusion, my experience at Pavilion was pathetic and would never recommend anyone visit the place if you are concerned about your and your loved ones health! Let's pls make people aware to stop the beuracracy on such restaurant and the thought that they rule consumes!! Jagran! Pls...
