Bell Pepper Restaurant — Restaurant in Vasai-Virar

I have been here before but this time was an utter disappointment. Let's ignore the fact that there was a 🐛 in the ketchup served with french fries, let me consider that the hair i found in my plate with pot rice was my own or flew from somewhere to my plate, but what hurt the most is treatment to customers was not the same. A family that entered after us was in lime light while the manager agreed that he had forgotten our order out as it lost its warmth, while this family was served smokin hot food..Later realized it was the owners family...Did not complaint to the owner as his family seemed happy but the staff lost focus of all others waiting. Detailed feedback given to both managers...

This restaurant is basically good for those who are looking for Chinese cuisine because myself personally wouldn’t recommend it for anything else. I tired chicken fries momos & apple chicken which weren’t at all up to the mark. I felt Chicken fried momos we’re cold storage food which was cooked & apple chicken had egg gravy and something like that which shouldn’t be there...

Well heard a lot about the taste but couldn't give justice to the food I ordered.. maybe coz of the delivery time n new staffs as they didn't know the address well so food had become sloggy..
