Exceptional Service — Went Beyond Expectations!

I had ordered a cake through Swiggy which, unfortunately, arrived completely damaged due to poor delivery. When I contacted Swiggy, they offered me a mere ₹38 for the damage, which was a very disappointing and unrealistic response.

But what truly impressed me was how the 'The Jerry Likes' team handled the situation. Even though it wasn’t their fault, they took full ownership and, as a goodwill gesture, prepared a fresh cake for me. I personally went to the store to collect it, and the warmth and care they showed were heart-touching.

They turned a delivery disaster into an outstanding customer experience. This level of dedication and going the extra mile is rare today.

We had a worst cake buying experience for a birthday surprise. We pre ordered the cake for a birthday. They asked us to come down to pick up the cake at 5.30 and delayed it by 45 minutes. Decoration of the cake just lighten up my eyes. I asked them to add LED birthday rings and they had not single working birthday rings available with them.

These people make really good looking, really bad - tasting chocolate celebration cake. The filling of the cake was strange. The cream on the cake was tasting horrible. We had a cake from this shop on my friends birthday. Staff is very unprofessional. We got a stale and stinking cake. When we posted the reviews before, someone from the Vasai shop called us and asked why did you put such review? You come to my shop & i will let you taste the cake. In the review they asked to share the address and said we will give you another cake. They know there's no option to reply back. Worst customer service. We wanted a good taste cake on the occasion not after that. The staff has no curtosey. Good customer service is the key to any business.
