The turning point family restaurant — Restaurant in Vasai-Virar

Terrible customer service...they admitted they dnt have stuff that's on their menu. When i asked him will they atleast make whats on there properly he said no. We eventually ordered cream of chicken soup and Hong Kong fried rice...of which the cream of chicken soup had non whipped chunky cream which u wud find on your just boiled milk...and the Hong Kong rice he gave us was actually noodles..as in the order was incorrect. We returned it and they replaced it with yellow rice with no veggies other than spring onions, which means it was a cheaper kaamchalao version of any Hong Kong rice I have eaten. Overall the 1 rating is as far as Google let's me rate them, however they deserve a negative in terms of food...

Worst service & worst food! Most of the time, they would either say that service is unavailable or they would refuse to take order of most of the items listed down in their menu. Of late, I ordered veg kofta and received salted shrikhand instead. Although it's an irony but I would like to state that they don't know how veg kofta is supposed to be. Furthermore, I received the order in a messy container. They had charged me an incremented value. On stressing the fact that the price on the menu is much lesser, they cross-checked and admitted. We visited just out of curiosity. Surprisingly, our experience was too good. First of all very good Crispy Paneer, very rare restaurants I found in Mumbai, who serves this quality at this cost.
