Momos king — Restaurant in Vikaspuri

I ordered momos from this well renowned shop near my area . every body appreciated so on their face value ,I ordered .And what I found isi HAIR in momos. They don't know the harm of this in food .it cannot be taken in lighter way . Nobody knows the fact that Human hair is made up of the protein keratin, which also makes up the outer layer of the skin and nails. In itself, keratin might not pose a problem. But the truth is that, besides making you feel nauseated, hair can lead to contamination in foods. It is one of the leading physical contaminants in food, along with stones, metal pieces, insect parts, rodent droppings etc. Adding up when I asked to shopkeeper to apologise for his mistake ,he said in uncultured and uncivilized way ,That if someone out of 100 people don't like my food it's not my problem. Overpriced now and Zero in taste. Gahtiya maal bechte hain ye, agar health se khilvad nahi karna toh isse toh momos kabhi matt khana. I have been a loyal customer, for years but today i was very dissapointed by the quality and taste of Momos. The momos tasted rotten and awfully bad. There was a very different and a bad taste in the pure chicken momos that I ordered for takeaway and I'm dissatisfied by this. Did not expected this from momos king. Called the owner of the outlet and he started arguing instead of accepting the fault. I would recommend everyone to be careful while having food here as the quality is degrading and prices are being hiked for such bad items. Instead of listening to customer the owner is not polite in accepting his fault. DON'T HAVE HERE,...

Success means nothing to such people who forget their hard or struggle time. I am writing this regarding so called restaurant named "Momos King". We ordered 2 plates of chicken steam momos from them. Zomato did their job well as we received it on time as always. However taste was not good at all. It was smelly and found a white hair. When we complained, owner wasn't agreed and said it can happen, took it very lightly and argued with us. You can't talk to your consumers like that, you were in so much of attitude. Who will be responsible for any consequences in future. There is no harm in accepting feedbacks. We will certainly escalate this further to avoid such things to be happen again. Won't order it again. BIG NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!
