Aahar a Bahar — Restaurant in West Bengal

We came to visit Dakshineshwar temple in Kolkata which we found was closed for another hour and half. While looking at the various eateries on the street, we came into this one as it was air conditioned. We found it to be around 15 , four seat tables, clean and bustling with energy. All the staff people were very busy but very helpful and patient. Food was spicy for me but authentic. I had vegetarian thaali. I couldn’t finish more than half my rice. After my lunch I felt too full and wanted to rest for a little bit. We were not rushed at all and sat there another 45 minutes after paying our bill. We order 2 plate Chicken biriyani and one one liter water bottle in this durga puja Astomi 2024 , the biriyani totally disgusting and pathetic and horrible, boil rice soaked in 1 liter oil ,this much oil we could use in while frying the fish and there is no meat in Chicken totally bone ,our lunch totally spoiled even we complain this to restaurant manager but we could not find any response from him ...they also charges 5% gst charges ,our total bill 441 total waste and after eat small amout this food we suffer from health issue .totally...

Today I ordered a veg thali (150/-) and dal fry which cost 130/- and asked them to take away my food so please make a parcel for me. When I opened my food at the train I saw it's normal dal which may be served with rice. Really you charge me 130 /- for this . Very much disappointed. Please don't do it with anyone. When you charge a high price then it's your responsibility to serve a good...
