CHACHA - A Multicuisine Restaurant — Restaurant in West Bengal

I recently dined at ChaCha Restaurant in Alambazar, conveniently close to Dakshineshwar, and it was a delightful experience. My companion and I opted for the mixed Schezwan fried rice and Schezwan chicken, accompanied by two refreshing cold drinks. The total bill came to a reasonable 620 rupees for the two of us, and we were pleasantly surprised by the generous portions—definitely sufficient to satisfy our appetites. One thing that stood out was the absence of any extra taxes, which is always a plus in my book.

As for the taste, both dishes exceeded our expectations. The sauce had just the right amount of kick to it, perfectly complementing the soft, juicy, and flavorful chicken. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these dishes to fellow food enthusiasts. Additionally, the restaurant's interior was inviting and well-maintained, adding to the overall pleasant dining atmosphere.

Believe me this is the worst restaurant ever I tried! We ordered crispy chicken, fish fingers and kebab.

Only the kebab was good in taste, in the cripsy chicken there was no chicken at all, when told to the waiter they changed the plate but the replacement was poor quality as well.

Coming to the fish finger they were using lote fish (Bombay duck). Never in my life I have seen a restaurant use lote fish in a so costly plate of ₹280. All other restaurants use Basha or Vetki, only here I saw lote fish which was smelly and not good in taste.

Also the mocktails were extremely poor, only green apple flavour was okay. In short we had an extremely bad experience in terms of food quality. We had a total bill of ₹1220 for 3 starter items, 3 mocktails and one mineral water bottle. Not at all value for money, nor any...
