Aqua Blues Restaurant — Restaurant in West Bengal

Well, I saw the reviews and went to this place with family. Too bad I couldn’t try the food, as the staff behavior was inhospitable and over aggressive. We arrived at 3:02, two minutes after lunch time closed and took permission to enter the restaurant. What followed was rude, inconsiderate behavior which prompted us to leave in 5 mins. First the waiter told us everything except starters was available, then one by one most of the main course dishes we wanted were not available and we should have come before 3 to get them. Remember I entered at 3:02 😤, with permission. His behavior made us cancel our order and leave. Sometimes good food and ambience are not enough. Service is key to good repeat business and I hope the owners/management...

Very good food...But the service is very poor; food delivery is very slow. Average time get the food after delivery is 40 minutes. And the most ridiculous part. Herein, I would like to write the word ridiculous in bold and capitals, 'the bill payment system'. It has only cash option. Not even paytm, forget about card swiping machine.
