Absolutely pathetic experience with this store and their so-called “service.” Ordered through the Wow Momo app, and the system kept showing my food as ready for pickup for over an hour. Called the delivery guy, only to find out he was still waiting for the food! When I finally went to the store myself, the arrogant, rude excuse of a manager (or act like manager) had the audacity to say the app accepts orders on “automatic mode” and that they had pending orders. Then, only after I showed up in person, they finally bothered to hand me my food, Which is not hot at all.

This is beyond unprofessional — it’s outright disrespectful. Rude staff, useless system, and a manager who acts like a complete clown instead of fixing the problem. Never ordering from this trash...

I recently visited the Wow Momo outlet in Thakurpukur for a takeaway order and was thoroughly disappointed with the service. The staff were extremely rude and lacked basic manners when interacting with customers. They seemed to mistakenly assume every visitor was a delivery person and treated them with disdain.

Order preparation took an inordinate amount of time, and even the manager failed to demonstrate courtesy and professionalism. The lack of respect shown to customers was appalling.
